1. MEDIA RELEASE
I hereby grant to ACIG Insurance Company and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities (collectively, “ACIG”) the right to create, record, and distribute my name, image, photograph, picture, likeness and voice by any technology or means and the right to copy, use, display and distribute such recordings or creations of me for any legitimate purposes, including but not limited to use on social media or for marketing purposes. I further grant ACIG the right to combine such recordings of me with other images, recordings, or printed matter for any legitimate purpose. I understand and agree that I will not receive compensation, now or in the future, in connection with ACIG’s use of my name, image, photograph, picture, likeness or voice, and hereby assign to ACIG any and all copyright I may have in the creations or recordings of me as noted herein.
I hereby release and forever discharge ACIG and its members, managers, officers, directors, and employees and their predecessors, successors, agents and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, rights and causes of action of whatever kind that I may have, arising out of ACIG’s exercise of the rights granted hereunder and the use of the creations or recordings containing my name, image, photograph, picture, likeness, or voice, including but not limited to all claims for libel and invasion of privacy or infringement of rights of copyright and publicity. I FURTHER AGREE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSS, COSTS, ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND EXPENSES OF WHATEVER NATURE FOR ACTUAL OR ALLEGED CLAIMS ARISING FROM MY NAME, IMAGE, PICTURE, PHOTOGRAPH, LIKENESS OR VOICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY CLAIMS FOR INFRINGEMENT OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSS, COSTS, ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND EXPENSES CAUSED BY THE SOLE OR CONCURRENT NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES.
2. USE OF WEBSITE
2.1 ACIG Members/Shareholders and their owners and employees are permitted to use the Hub website for their own purposes and to print and download material from the HUB. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.
2.2 The copyright and other intellectual property rights as marked on specific content are owned by us or our licensors and must not be reproduced without our prior consent.
2.3 By accessing or using the Hub, or other ACIG or partner portals, you consent to us collecting and using your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2.5 You agree to receive communications from us, including industry news, Membership updates, and promotional emails. You may opt out of these communications at any time using the unsubscribe option in the email or by reaching us at hubsupport@acig.com. 3. SITE UPTIME
3.1 We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and, other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
3.2 This website may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible we will seek to provide Members advance warning of maintenance issues.
4. VISITOR CONDUCT
4.1 Any material you send or post to this website shall be considered non-proprietary and not confidential. Unless you advise to the contrary we will be free to copy, disclose, incorporate and otherwise use resources and knowledge deemed valuable to other ACIG Members.

5.1 Any links to third party websites located on this website are provided for your convenience only. We have not reviewed each third party website and have no responsibility for such third party websites or their content. We do not endorse the third party websites or make representations about them or any material contained in them. If you choose to access a third party website linked to from this Website, it is at your own risk.
5.2 Links to the Hub should be limited to internal websites or platforms, e.g. SharePoint sites. ACIG and Member content may not be shared outside of Member organizations, or publicly.
6. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
6.1 Neither we nor any other party (whether or not involved in producing, maintaining or delivering this website), shall be liability or responsible for any kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party as a result of your or their use of the Hub site. This exclusion shall include without limitation, any direct, indirect or consequential loss, and whether in tort or contract or otherwise in connection with this website.
6.2 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (ii) fraud; (iii) misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter; or (iv) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the law.
